• How things actually feel day to day, not only what the annual report says.
• The reason you set the organisation up, if it's a painful one. Many founders carry one.
• How your trustees, staff and volunteers are working together, and where it's hard.
• What the work is costing you and your team, including the part nobody talks about.

Bring any of it, or none of it. Your coach won't push, and nothing needs to be tidy before you arrive.

This is coaching, focused on your organisation and the people running it. The human side of the work is welcome in the conversation, because it shapes the decisions you make, and it isn't the same as therapy. If something needs specialist support, your coach will say so kindly and suggest where to find it.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. It's coaching, focused on your organisation and the people running it. If something needs specialist support, your coach will say so kindly and point you to somewhere better.

Do we have to talk about the personal side?

Only if you want to. Your coach will make room for it, because the reason you started and the weight of the work shape everything else, but nothing is pulled out of you and you decide how far the conversation goes.

Who leads the session?

A Serin coach, who knows the funding landscape for small charities and CICs.

Who sees what we talk about?

Only the people in the session and your Serin coach. Your written summary is saved privately in your organisation's documents in Serin.

Do we need a Serin subscription?

No. If you have one, your coach will use your profile to prepare.

How is this different from the funding strategy call?

The strategy call focuses on funding. The Whole Picture session is coaching across your whole organisation: its direction, services, people, funding and next steps, and the reasons underneath.
