But some moments deserve a person: a big application, a plan for the year, a website that has to work hard for you. That's what our team is for.

We read funders' guidance and application questions every day, so we know what assessors look for. You don't need a Serin subscription to use any of these services.

How the tools and our team work together

How we use AI, honestly

We use AI tools to work faster and keep our prices fair, for example for research, first drafts and building websites. A person always checks the work, edits it and is responsible for it. AI can make mistakes, which is exactly why a person reads everything before it reaches you. We only use your information to do the work you've asked for.

What you can expect

  • Fixed prices, agreed in writing before any work starts.
  • Serin subscribers save 10% on our one-off services: grant writing, strategy calls and website builds. Monthly services aren't discounted, and application reviews already have their own subscriber price.
  • A reply within two working days.
  • No promises of a grant or a place on Google. Nobody can honestly make them, and we'll tell you plainly what we think and why.
