SEO management for charities

Your website should keep working for you long after it goes live. Our monthly SEO management steadily improves how visible you are online, so more of the right people find you: the people you support, volunteers, partners and funders.

£160 a month

for ongoing SEO management, or £180 a month with the website subscription looked after

Month to month, with no minimum term.

£160 a month, including

  • A monthly technical SEO check of speed, broken links, indexing and crawl errors.
  • One content improvement a month: a page refreshed or a short article added.
  • Your Google Business Profile kept up to date.
  • Search Console watched for problems and opportunities.
  • Up to two hours a month of content or page changes to support the work.
  • A short plain English report each month on what we did, what changed and what's next.
  • Basic website management, keeping your site running and making small updates.

£180 a month, with the website subscription looked after for you

Everything in SEO management, and we also look after your website platform subscription, so there's nothing else for you to pay or renew.

At £160 a month you pay the website platform's plan directly after handover.

Who it's for

Small charities, CICs and community groups who don't have a web person on the team, and would rather spend their time on their work than on search rankings and error messages. It suits a site we've built for you, and most sites built elsewhere too.

How a month works

  1. 1At the start of the month we run the technical check and fix anything urgent straight away.
  2. 2You send us any changes you need, such as new dates, a new project or updated trustees.
  3. 3We agree one content improvement with you, then write or refresh it.
  4. 4At the end of the month you get a short report in plain English.

Being found by the right people

Good search work for a charity is mostly patient and practical. It means pages that answer the questions people actually ask, such as how to get support, how to volunteer or where you work, written in the words they use. It means your opening hours, address and contact details being the same everywhere, and a site that loads quickly on an old phone. Each month we pick the change most likely to help, make it, and tell you why.

How we use AI

AI tools help us spot technical problems and draft first versions of content. A person checks every change before it goes live, and nothing is published in your name without you being able to see it.

What we won't promise

Nobody can guarantee a top position on Google, and anyone who does should be treated with caution. We focus on what genuinely helps, and always tell you plainly what's working.

Questions

Can you look after a website you didn't build?
Usually, yes. We'll check it first and tell you if anything needs fixing.
What does basic website management include?
Keeping your site running and making small updates, within the two hours a month of changes. Larger changes are quoted. Changes and edits are agreed before handover, so most sites need very little.
Is there a minimum term?
No. It's month to month. We recommend at least 12 months of SEO management, because it takes time for search engines to notice and trust a site.
